How can I order a finished piece?
Choose a piece in our collection, select your size and complete your order securely on our website.
How long does it take?
Every piece is made to order. Production takes about 1 week, then delivery takes about 1 week. Fountains take longer to deliver.
Is shipping included?
Yes. Shipping included on every finished piece, worldwide.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide from Fes, Morocco.
What if my piece arrives broken?
Send us photos within 48 hours of delivery to contact@tilefes.com and we remake it for free.
Can I get a refund?
Every piece is made to order, so we do not offer refunds. Breakage on delivery is covered by our remake guarantee. Read our Shipping and Returns policy.
Which sizes are available?
Tables: 30, 35, 40 and 45 cm. Fountains: 80, 100, 120 and 150 cm. Sinks: 35, 40 and 45 cm.
Are the sinks zellige?
Our sinks are hand painted Fes ceramic. Our tables and fountains are clad in zellige.
What is Moroccan zellige?
Zellige is glazed terracotta, cut into shapes and set piece by piece into geometric patterns. Small variations in colour and surface are part of its character.
Do you offer tiles by the m²?
Yes. Send your surface area, colours and project details to contact@tilefes.com and we reply with a quote.
How do I pay?
Finished pieces are paid securely by card at checkout.
