Every TILE FES piece is made to order in Fes, Morocco, after your order is placed. Production takes about 1 week.

Shipping

Shipping included in the price of every finished piece. We ship worldwide.

Tables and sinks: about 1 week of delivery after production.
Fountains: longer delivery time, confirmed with your order.

Breakage guarantee

If your piece arrives broken, send us photos within 48 hours of delivery to contact@tilefes.com, with your order number. We remake it for free and ship it to you again.

Returns and refunds

Because every piece is made to order, we do not accept returns and we do not offer refunds. Breakage on delivery is covered by the guarantee above.

Cancellations

To cancel an order, write to us at contact@tilefes.com as soon as possible.
